Our Story
Why Sam & Co exists
Sam & Co started with a simple observation: the clients who got the most out of consulting weren't buying a framework — they were buying a specific senior person's judgment, and then losing access to that judgment the moment the engagement ended.
We built Sam & Co as the alternative — a collective of practitioners who stay reachable, stay senior, and stay accountable for outcomes rather than deliverables. What started as a handful of partners working informally together across Canada became a formal international practice once the pattern was undeniable: clients wanted the team, not just the individual project.
